When God Brings Us Through the Storm
Storms come in many forms — physical, emotional, and spiritual.
But the promise of God remains the same:
“The Lord is a refuge for His people.” (Joel 3:16)
In the wake of Hurricane Melissa, our church family witnessed the faithfulness of God in a powerful way.
We saw protection.
We saw community rise up.
We saw compassion activated.
Storms test foundations — and by God’s grace, our foundation stands firm.
As we move forward, may we never forget the One who brings us out with a mighty hand.
Let this season remind us that gratitude is not an event but a lifestyle.
The following Sunday, we had a Special Thanksgiving Service as we praise God for His covering, provision, and unfailing love.
We continue to pray for all who were adversely affected by hurricane Melissa. Despite the storm, we have seen God’s mercies.
